As Account Associate for Overby Insurance Agency- State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Account Associate for Overby Insurance Agency- State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Obtain Property/Casualty licensing within 30 days of job acceptance
- Obtain Life/Health licensing within 60 days of start date
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
